IMS has provided answers to some of the most common client questions regarding FAN52.com and the conversion of FAN Excel reports to the Online Reporting Tool. If you have a question that is not answered below, please contact a member of the IMS customer support team.

Can I still receive Excel-based deliverables?
No. Once the FAN conversion takes place, Excel deliverables will no longer be produced. All users will access their FAN reports via the Online Reporting Tool.
What is happening to my Excel-based FAN reports?
IMS is converting all FAN reporting to a new, interactive, web-based dashboard reporting system. The Online Reporting Tool will allow for additional features and capabilities not available in today’s Excel deliverable. Excel-based reports will be available for a limited time after the release of the Online Reporting Tool.
How do I access the Online Reporting Tool?
The FAN Online Reporting Tool will be accessible by logging in to FAN52.com, the online home of FAN reports.
Will there be any changes to the data and content of my FAN reports?
No. All the metrics and attributes you’re accustomed to are still available in the Online Reporting Tool. Additionally, the Online Reporting Tool provides a streamlined, user-friendly approach and enhanced charting, mapping, reporting options, and more.
I currently get my reports in my email. Will that change?
IMS will still send the FAN National Summary each week via email. For additional reports like charts, maps, projections, etc., you will need to access the Online Reporting Tool.
I receive both FAN National and FAN Custom Retailer reports. Are both impacted by this change?
Yes. All FAN reporting will be converted to the Online Reporting Tool. Within the tool, you will have a drop down selection to toggle between your FAN National and FAN Custom Retailer reports.
Can I download data, charts, or maps from the Online Reporting Tool?
Yes. All data charts, tables, and maps may be exported to Excel via the small Excel icons next to each item. Charts can be customized in the Online Reporting Tool and exported to Excel.
How do I get a user name and password for FAN52.com?
Upon release of the Online Reporting Tool, IMS client service team members will contact all current clients of FAN. IMS will provide user names and passwords to all individuals identified as “users”.
What is Vector Alpha and why am I redirected to it from FAN52.com?
Vector Alpha is one of IQVIA’s client access portals. When clicking the log-in box on FAN52.com, you will be directed to the log-in page for Vector Alpha.
What if I lose or forget my user name and password?
The Vector Alpha client portal offers automatic user name and password reset options. Clients may also use the ‘Contact Us’ form on FAN52.com to send an email to a customer support team member.
